We sustain ourselves by bringing
forth sustenance from the desert.
With only flour, water, salt, wild yeast and our wood burning ovens we bake some of the best loaves for miles around. Our love for bread has inspired us to share our knowledge and our magical location with others.
Beginning Spring 2020 we will be leading bread baking workshops so you can learn everything you need to know to bake great tasting breads in your home oven, or in the wood-fired oven that you can’t wait to build when you get home.
We also offer unique accommodations for students so you can immerse yourself in the magic of the Mojave, roll out of bed, pour a hot cup of coffee, and get baking.
